Al Unser Jr’s Road to the Top (SNES) Gameplay
When players choose to play the in the top to the top mode, there are 4 different race events which are held with three courses for each event. A different car is needed for each event as they are different from each other. There are three vehicles which players can choose from and these vehicles differ in terms of handling, acceleration, speed and braking.
At the start of the game, player begin by racing around in go-karts and then move up the ranks to driving snow mobiles, then IROC racing cars and then lastly the Indy racing cars. When the player wins enough races, they will then face the final challenge which is a face off in Vancouver against Al Unser Jr.
